SERTI is joining the great family of Keyloop, a company created in March 2021 with its head office located in the United Kingdom and which has more than 2,000 employees. Keyloop offers software solutions to automotive dealerships and manufacturers and has more than 252,000 users at more than 18,000 dealerships in 100 countries. Keyloop UK Ltd. is privately held, owned by Francisco Partners, a leading technology investment firm.
SERTI represents Keyloop’s second major Canadian acquisition, following Manitoba-based Rapid RTC in March 2021. In 2021, Keyloop also welcomed SilverBullet, FISC, MotorDocs and inquiryMAX to its family as part of an investment move in automotive technologies on an international scale. SERTI will therefore benefit from the size of Keyloop and its international reach, while continuing to serve its customers from its offices in Canada. The addition of the Keyloop and Rapid RTC product lines is an excellent opportunity for SERTI to expand its product offering to dealers and has great potential to offer a complete and integral management solution across Canada.
